RPG Maker: Master Editor

The Master Editor Software allows for massively reduced dev time by allowing fine tune settings during play testing. It isn't designed to be locked down to my plugins in particular and it also circumvents the issue with the engine's default bloating of plugins.js which can crash and erase all data with no hope of recovery, resetting all development progress and plugin settings to zero. This software has quite a few safe guards in the event that does happen but only for plugin parameters, for now.
